UNIQA Assicurazioni and UNIQA Previdenza are two Companies operating nationwide, which focus on providing their clients and their sales network with high standards of quality and assistance. In January 2015 UNIQA Assicurazioni incorporated UNIQA Protezione, a specialist Non-life business Company of the group. Keeping fully intact the assets of both Companies, this merger operation allowed to further develop skills and competences, offering to clients products and services that are increasingly complete and innovative.
In 2009 UNIQA Life was set up for a specific collaboration with Veneto Banca.

UNIQA Assicurazioni, UNIQA Previdenza, UNIQA Life, three Companies whose primary objective is to identify and meet the specific needs of clients, to earn their appreciation and their loyalty by providing products and services offering top quality and a long term value.

On 16 May 2017 UNIQA Assicurazioni, UNIQA Previdenza and UNIQA Life became part of Gruppo Reale Mutua. They have no relationship of control, participation or common management with Companies belonging to the Austrian UNIQA Insurance Group AG.
