The vocation to engage concretely in favor of the most fragile has led Reale Foundation to engage in the forefront also for the families victims of the war in Ukraine, promoting a humanitarian initiative in collaboration with the Moldovan Association Viata fara leucemie (A life without leukemia) to support with basic necessities the Ukrainian population currently refugees in Chișinău, Moldova. In recognition of this commitment, Codacons has decided to give Reale Mutua Assicurazioni the "Friend of the Consumer 2022" award
In 2022, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) once again awarded Reale Mutua the "Welcome Working for refugee integration" award the positive impacts of the Foundation’s projects to build a more inclusive and plural society.
