The Code of Ethics and the Suppliers’ Code of Conduct of Reale Group represent a point of reference for all those who work within and for Reale Group, with particular attention to sustainability in all its forms: social, environmental and economic.
Code of Ethics and Suppliers' Code of Conduct
Mutuality and sustainability are the principles on which the Reale Group’s Code of Ethics is based and has been adopted by Reale Mutua since 2001. It applies to all the Group companies based in Italy, Spain and Chile. This tool constitutes the identity and distinctiveness of the Group and defines the values with which it contributes to the well-being of the communities in which it operates.
The Code of Ethics is an integral part of the Organization and Control Model that each Group Company has decided to adopt in accordance with the regulations governing the liability of legal persons arising from criminal offences, in each country where Reale Group operates.
During 2021, Reale Group decided to update and develop a new Code of Ethics structure, reorganized with the aim of giving greater prominence to the Group’s Core Values and Principles and to establish a system of rules of conduct to ensure compliance.
The revision was approved by the Board of Directors of the Holding Company Reale Mutua at its meeting on 14 July 2021 and subsequently ratified by the respective Boards of Directors of the Group’s Companies.

Suppliers' Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct is an extension of the code of ethics to which the Suppliers of all the Group Companies must comply.
Reale Group promotes a "responsible" management of its supply chain, also based on principles of fairness, respect for roles and sharing of the principles of business management.
The suppliers of Reale Group are required to respect these principles and the observance of the Code itself by their subcontractors and other parties operating on their behalf".
