Code of Ethics
Since 2001, Reale Mutua has recognized the importance of equipping itself with a tool that defines the values, principles and behaviors to be respected towards its Stakeholders by creating and publishing its first Code of Ethics.
The document defines the Values and Principles of Reale Group with the aim of guiding those who work with and for the Group towards correct, loyal behaviors consistent with its culture and its Values: centrality of the person, responsibility, integrity, cohesion and innovation.
Over the years, the document has evolved, expanding its scope to all the Group Companies in Italy and abroad (2013) and has been updated periodically (2018, 2021).
During 2024, Reale Group undertook a process of updating its Code of Ethics, with the aim of better orienting the Group's commitments with respect to the main existing national and international guidelines on sustainability, making explicit the respect for a series of principles and values distinctive of the mutualistic nature of the Group.
The Code of Ethics of the Reale Group Companies was approved by resolution of the Board of Directors of the Reale Mutua di Assicuraizoni Company on 29 November 2024. It was then ratified by the Administrative Bodies of all the Group Companies.
