The Code of Ethics and the Suppliers’ Code of Conduct of Reale Group represent a point of reference for all those who work within and for Reale Group, with particular attention to sustainability in all its forms: social, environmental and economic.
Code of Ethics
Since 2001, Reale Mutua has recognized the importance of adopting a tool to define the principles and behaviors to be upheld in relation to its stakeholders, publishing its very first Code of Ethics. This document unites the culture of Reale Group around five key values: centrality of the individual, responsibility, integrity, cohesion, and innovation.
Over the years, the Code of Ethics has evolved, expanding its scope to all Group companies in Italy and abroad in 2013, and was subsequently updated in 2018 and 2021. Throughout 2024, Reale Group undertook a review process aimed at strengthening the Group's commitments in line with the latest national and international sustainability guidelines, while reinforcing the founding principles of its mutual identity.
The text was approved by the Board of Directors of Reale Mutua di Assicurazioni on November 29, 2024, and subsequently ratified by the governing bodies of all Group companies.

Suppliers' Code of Conduct
The Supplier Code of Conduct complements the guidelines of the Code of Ethics, establishing mandatory behavioral and operational principles for all the Group’s business partners.
Through this tool, Reale Group promotes the integration of ESG factors within its supply chain, requiring business relationships based on institutional integrity and respect for human and environmental rights.
Group suppliers are required to comply with these principles and commit to ensuring full compliance by their respective subcontractors and anyone acting on their behalf.
