Our commitment to ensure Gender Equality in the Company.
With the growing attention to gender equality within the Society and the workplace, Reale Group considered it essential to undertake the path to the Gender Equality Certification according to the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice.
That Certification provide a central role to the topic and represents a significant achievement for our Group, the result of an ethical orientation that has always been pursued and shared at all levels within Reale Group. Moreover it constitutes an added value for our stakeholders, who can rely on a reality that stands out for its commitment to inclusion, respect for diversity and equity, fundamental principles of our corporate mission.

All actions taken
Following an internal analysis of the 6 key areas that defines PDR 125:2022 and provides the perimeter for an inclusive and gender-equal organization, the Gender Policy was approved on 07/15/2024, by setting clear and measurable objectives aimed at reducing the gender gap and promoting women's empowerment in our business context.
After that, a Three-Year Strategic Plan was drafted to define the specific targeted actions fully compliant with the UNI/PdR 125:2022 regulations. Finally, an External Certifier is involved in the process to verify the implementation of that policy, as for the respective actions of relief.
