Reale Group receives the SMAU 2016 innovation award, created to share the best examples of digital innovation in Italian companies and public administrations.

At the SMAU 2016 roadshow, held at Lingotto Fiere in Turin, Reale Group received the 2016 innovation award, created to share the best examples of digital innovation in Italian companies and public administrations.

Reale Group has developed a digital document management system, integrated with all business management applications, which allows synchronisation of the availability of structured and unstructured data (documents). The system allows completely dematerialised document management and interaction between the sales network (local agencies), the liquidation network and the HQ offices, making available, in real time, all the documents of the agency, member/customer, policy, claim relationship.

These initiatives are combined with other document dematerialisation processes (Ivass registers and accounting books), already started in Reale Group companies, and precede certain development stages aimed at the implementation of an integrated CRM system.

MF/Milano Finanza in exclusive collaboration with Accenture, also for 2015 has awarded the best products and services offered in the Non-Life and Life segment by Insurance Companies over the past year.

Reale Mutua and Italiana Assicurazioni were awarded in the 2015 MF Innovazione Award, in the following categories:

• Health: for the RealmenteInSalute and Salute! product (Italiana);

• Family & Multirisk: for the Family Care and First Protection product (Italiana);

• Special Mention: fon the Young VIPs product.

This award is the result of an analysis process and selection of products and services of Insurance Companies with a view to innovation and continuous improvement. The products were evaluated on the basis of certain criteria such as:

• innovation, following two principles: either distinctiveness in proposing exclusive solutions on the market through innovative combinations of insurance product, technology, interconnected services and partnerships with players from different sectors or the ability to respond to the need to buy not a product, but a customised service-oriented experience that fully responds to the varied customer protection needs;

• product affordability in view of the subscription and management costs;

• simplicity of understanding and use by customers.
