In April 2011, adhering to the Charter for Equal Opportunities and Equality at Work, Reale Mutua formalised its commitment to respect the different individual identities and to abolish every form of discrimination at the workplace;

Sharing the principles and values contained in the document, Reale Mutua engages to promote a policy of human resource management that not only eliminates any difference of treatment connected to gender, age, disability, ethnicity or religion, but rather valorises, with concrete actions, the individual differences in the company, in particular with respect to equal opportunities between woman and man.

The Charter for Equal Opportunities and Equality at Work is an initiative realised with the support of the Ministry of Employment, Health and Social Affairs, the Ministry for Equal Opportunities and a Committee promoting associations that are active in the field of social responsibility.
