Code of Ethics and Suppliers' Code of Conduct
The Reale Group Code of Ethics and Suppliers' Code of Conduct provide a point of reference for all those working at and for Reale Group, with a particular focus on sustainability in all its forms: social, environmental and economic.
The Code of Ethics, adopted by all Reale Group companies in Italy, Spain and Chile, is intended to encourage everyone who works with the Group to pursue the goals according to methods and conduct that is proper, fair and consistent with the corporate culture, and informed by the mutualistic nature of the Parent Company.
The Group's Code of Ethics therefore represents a point of reference for Reale Group, with a particular focus on sustainability in all its forms: social, environmental and economic.
The Code of Ethics is at the heart of the Sustainability process.
As such, the Group has chosen to pursue sustainable development, aiming to achieve significant economic results, without ever compromising on ethical conduct. In that context, the Code of Ethics is a beacon that guides the activities of all those who work in and for the Group (Stakeholders): Employees, Directors, Members/Customers-Insureds, Intermediaries, Suppliers and Trustees, Shareholders and Supervisory Bodies as well as the wider Community. It highlights the five values, inspired by the concept of mutuality, that guide the actions of the Group:
integrity
responsibility
cohesion
innovation
person-centricity
The code of ethics can be amended if required by the external or internal context, and in any case in order to contribute to the pursuit of a sustainability goal.
Any amendments must be approved by the Board of Directors of the Parent Company and approved by all Companies in the Group.
More than a set of rules, it is a guide for day-to-day work
The Code of Ethics also clearly sets out the principles of conduct of the Group, linking the values to everyday life. Indeed, sustainable action and growth are also achieved by working and communicating properly and constructively.

Suppliers' Code of Conduct
The Suppliers' Code of Conduct was formalised in 2019, and is an extension of the code of ethics that Suppliers of all Companies in the Group must abide by.
Reale Group suppliers are required to also ensure that their sub-suppliers and other parties working on their behalf abide by those principles and comply with the Code.
